Children's Scholarship Fund

Founded in 1998, Children’s Scholarship Fund (CSF) provides scholarships to low-income families so their children can attend the K-8 schools that best match their needs, regardless of where they live. Key to our success is strong family involvement, which is rooted in the financial contribution required of all families. Specifically, all families are required to pay a minimum of 25 percent of their tuition each year, ensuring they are fully invested and empowered in their children’s education. This school year, CSF is funding scholarships for 25,700 low-income children across the country, including more than more than 8,000 in New York City.
